Chat

Answers you can use, voice input for everyone, and an Inbox count

  • Chat answers can include a small piece of interface: options side by side, the key figures, steps to follow, or a calculator to try a scenario.
  • The microphone in the message box is now on for everyone: dictate, and your words land in your message to edit before sending.
  • The sidebar shows how many things are waiting in your Inbox, and your own chats no longer count as unread.

Chat

A simpler composer, and Mistral's newest models

  • The composer's Tools menu is gone: web search is always available and the model decides when to use it, and deep research starts with /deep.
  • Ask for a picture in any message, in English or French, and the chat model draws it itself and handles follow-ups such as asking for another colour.
  • Thinking is now a switch in the model menu, greyed out on models that don't support it.
  • The + menu attaches a file straight from the Library: search by name or pick a recent one.
  • Mistral Large 4 (in preview) and Mistral Medium 3.5 join Mistral Large 3 on the model menu.

Workflows

Workflows that branch, loop, and call each other

  • Conditions can compare numbers, check for an empty value, or ask a yes/no question that the AI judges on the model you choose, and one condition can have several named branches with an Otherwise.
  • Each step chooses what happens when it fails: stop the run, carry on with the error, or follow an Error branch, for example to notify the team.
  • A loop repeats a group of steps for each item of a list, several items at a time if you like, and steps that are ready together run in parallel.
  • A new step runs another published workflow and passes on what it returned, so long automations can be split into reusable parts.
  • One workflow can start from several triggers, such as a schedule and a webhook, without being copied.

Workflows

Workflows that reach any app, with guardrails and limits

  • App action fields can be filled by the AI from the run's data, written by the AI from an instruction, or set by hand, and a field with choices, such as a spreadsheet or a channel, is picked from the app's own list.
  • The HTTP request step takes query parameters, headers, a body and a key stored with the workflow, and returns a response later steps can read field by field. Webhooks can require a key or check the sending service's signature, and pass their headers and parameters on to the steps.
  • A Guardrails step checks a text for personal data, inappropriate content, attempts to hijack the AI, claims a reference text doesn't support, or a rule you write, and stops the run when a check trips.
  • Agents can be given workflows, and actions from any app, even one nobody has connected yet. A workflow run from chat always asks first, on a card whose values you can edit.
  • Past runs filter by outcome and period, failed runs can be retried in one go, a Needs attention list shows what to reconnect or fix, and editors can limit how often a workflow runs, with alerts as it nears its monthly limit.

Workflows

Workflows you can leave running

  • A workflow keeps one draft that saves itself, with an Active switch, a Run button, and a Publish button that shows how many changes are waiting.
  • Data from earlier steps is inserted by step name: each field has its own Insert data picker, and typing {{ offers the same list.
  • A workflow's form is a real way in: email and file questions, a message after sending, your workspace's branding, and one Go live button.
  • Unattended runs are safer: steps act with the owner's own permissions, a scheduled run never fires twice, a long step is never run twice, and public forms and webhooks reveal nothing about your workspace to visitors.
  • When an unattended run fails, its owner gets an Inbox notification and an email with the reason, in their language.

Library

Real spreadsheets, meeting recordings, and your own apps

  • Workbooks open as real spreadsheets, with formatting, frozen panes, conditional formats and computed formula results, and can be edited as in Excel: fill ranges, insert and delete rows and columns, resize, sort and filter.
  • Excel and PowerPoint files attached in chat are read, including a workbook's cells and formulas.
  • Audio and video recordings become transcripts on upload, in chat, knowledge folders and projects, and a workflow mentioned with a recording attached runs on it, for example to write a meeting report.
  • Members can connect their own apps and use them in chat and agents. The composer only offers the apps you can act with, and an action with no account to run as is refused rather than sent as the workspace.
  • Ask how to do something in the app and the assistant answers from a guide to the actual product, with the labels you see on screen and links to the right page.

Admin

A model menu that follows your workspace's choices

  • The model menu now offers Claude Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6.1 Sol and GPT-6 Luna, and Grok 4.7. When a model is replaced, workspaces that used it get its successor switched on beside it.
  • Auto, and every feature that doesn't pick a model itself, only answers on models your admin has switched on, and new members start on Auto.
  • An agent or workflow step set to a model that has been switched off answers on the workspace default and says so, and keeps its setting for when the model is switched back on.
  • The API refuses a model that isn't switched on instead of quietly answering with another one, and agents created through the API start on Auto.
  • When a model declines to answer, the chat says so instead of showing an empty reply.

Workflows

Workflow reviews, and files a team can send

  • Agent steps can produce a Word, PowerPoint, PDF or Excel file in your workspace's brand, downloadable from the run, with an optional copy in the Library.
  • Approval steps pick approvers by name and email them. An approver can edit the draft before approving, and the approved text is what the next step receives. The Inbox now shows the notifications workflows send.
  • Conditions ignore case, accents and apostrophe style, and can test a single field.
  • New folder in the Library can sync a folder from Google Drive or SharePoint, now including Excel and PowerPoint files.
  • The workspace tagline, chat disclaimer and icon set in Settings now appear in the app: on the new-chat screen, under the composer, beside the assistant's answers and in the browser tab.

Library

Editable decks, your own templates, and a clearer Library

  • Decks open editable: edit text on the slide, add, copy, reorder and delete slides, move anything freely on a slide you take over, and present with speaker notes.
  • Documents gain tabs, @mentions that email the person mentioned, and charts and callouts that stay editable.
  • Decks and documents can be rendered in your own PowerPoint or Word template, including .potx and .dotx files, and the editor follows the template's own styles.
  • Library cards show each file's real rendered page, and folders get search, filters and a sortable file table.

Agents

An assistant that can act, and approvals that wait

  • Ask in chat and the assistant does it: schedule a recurring task, list or stop your tasks, search your past chats, create an agent, remember or forget something about you, or build and revise a workflow as a draft you review before publishing.
  • A library of ready-made recurring jobs, such as a morning brief or a weekly team recap, with the Inbox showing what they produced. A routine that hits a real question asks it and waits for your answer.
  • Workspaces choose which agent actions wait for approval: deletes only, anything that changes or sends data, or everything. The action can be edited on its card before you approve, and it is checked again before it runs, so it still goes where you approved.
  • Web pages and interactive dashboards made in chat are saved to the Library with version history and restore, and can be shared through one live link you can revoke.
  • Workflow schedules are set in words (days, time and time zone) with a preview of the next three runs.

Workspace

French throughout, phones, and one share sheet

  • Workflows, Settings and the integrations catalogue now read in French in a French workspace.
  • Every page works on a phone, and apps, websites, files and models show their real logos wherever they appear.
  • Library folders get their own page, and sharing anything opens one share sheet: who has access and with which role, general access, and an optional email to the people you invite.
  • A real search page with an answer that cites its results. Chat cites sources only when they bear on the question, and each answer names the model that wrote it.
  • Scheduled tasks run in your own time zone, and clicking an app on the integrations page shows its connections, recent use, and the agents and workflows that use it.

Agents

Share anything, and publish agents when they're ready

  • The share dialog now opens from workflows, prompts, projects and knowledge folders, and a folder's roles mean something: viewers search it, editors change it.
  • Groups have members, editors and admins of their own, and a group can be open for anyone to join.
  • Admins can lock sharing on an agent, skill or folder so only admins change who has access.
  • Agents have a draft, a publish step and a version history: edits reach people only once you publish, and an earlier version can be restored.
  • The document editor gains a slash menu, Edit with AI on a selected passage, and a word-level comparison between versions.

Library

Decks with more range, better search, and skills that load themselves

  • Decks pick a design that suits the occasion and vary the shape of their slides: covers, dividers, cards, columns, figures, timelines and quotes.
  • Another layout swaps a slide's composition without regenerating the deck, and Create presentation lets you start from one of your workspace's templates.
  • Workspace search matches on meaning as well as keywords, with nothing to set up.
  • Skills switch on by themselves when a request matches their description, can be imported as a bundle with their files, and keep a version history you can restore from.
  • The assistant can open a web page you point it to, read it, and fetch a picture from it.

Chat

Emails you edit before they go, and chats that keep going

  • When chat writes an email for Gmail or Outlook, it opens an editable composer instead of sending, even before a mailbox is connected, and Save draft puts the draft in your mailbox.
  • Leave a chat mid-answer or close the tab and the answer keeps coming. It is there when you return, and several chats can run at once.
  • Workflows are built on a canvas from the same chat composer: describe a change, watch the builder add steps as it works, review them, and test a draft or a single step before publishing.
  • When a request is unclear, chat and agents ask with a question card offering suggested answers.
  • Documents made in chat open as live, editable documents and download as Markdown, Word or PDF.

Agents

Agents that are easier to build, share, and feed

  • Creating an agent opens the full editor straight away, and an agent can wear a picture or any emoji.
  • Give an agent files directly, without making a folder first, and choose its actions from a searchable catalogue, each with its own account and confirmation setting.
  • Share an agent with people or groups, as Can use or Can edit.
  • Knowledge folders can sync from Google Drive or SharePoint, using accounts you've already connected, and stay up to date daily.
  • Attached files are read in full and shown in the thread, and when an answer needed an app that isn't connected, a Connect button appears right under it.

Chat

Designed deliverables, charts in chat, and a visible agent

  • Decks, documents and PDFs come out designed, in your workspace's colours, typefaces and logo set in Settings › Brand, and the preview shows the real rendered pages.
  • Charts are drawn natively in the chat, and the code sandbox can read the files you attach and hand back charts and spreadsheets.
  • Each answer shows its steps in order, with the searches and app actions it ran, each app shown by name and logo, and sources found along the way can be cited.
  • Agents keep the emoji and colour you give them across the app, and chat draws pictures from plain requests whichever chat model you use.
  • The integrations page lists the whole app directory with your connected apps on top, apps connect without leaving the page, and project pages became a dashboard with the project's instructions, memory and agents beside the chat.
